Relentless craft. Proof, not promises.
Making complex AI and hardware feel human at Google scale.
Managed and mentored a multidisciplinary team of product, visual, and content designers. Partnered closely with cross-functional leaders across engineering, product management, and global marketing.
Google’s hardware and AI capabilities are cutting-edge, but feature lists rarely connect with everyday people.
The challenge wasn't just technical clarity—it was building scalable design frameworks that allowed our teams to move fast across multiple global markets without losing emotional resonance or brand consistency.

By bridging ambitious product roadmaps with hands-on design execution, I led my team to shift complex tech specs into relatable, human-centered stories—building flexible, modular frameworks that empowered global teams to localize fast without compromising visual craft.
Launched unified digital platforms that dramatically improved key engagement and conversion metrics.
Transformed the client’s internal perception of design—shifting it from a tactical execution layer to a core strategic driver.
Fostered an environment of creative rigor where the design team produced award-worthy work rooted in robust strategic foundations.

Design Systems
Transforming fragmented digital ecosystems into unified platforms.
Led a cross-functional agency design team (UX, UI, and content strategy) working in close partnership with enterprise stakeholders.
Enterprise clients often come to agencies with legacy platforms weighed down by organizational silos, disjointed user journeys, and outdated tech stacks.
The challenge was to untangle decades of internal complexity and design a unified, scalable ecosystem that felt seamless to the end user while building internal alignment for the client's executive team.
Premium aesthetics meet rigorous conversion in global hardware launches. The challenge? Translating complex technical specs into irresistible product stories while harmonizing competing engineering, brand, and regional goals.
